Real Life Christian Academy is seeking a 7th/8th grade Literature teacher to begin immediately for the 21-22.

RLCA teachers are responsible for helping students learn the attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians. Teachers design and oversee classroom instruction to meet the requirements of school standards. They use a variety of activities and structures to differentiate instruction and foster student development. In addition, RLCA encourages a growing Christian walk, a genuine love for students, and a positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude. Teachers must maintain a lifestyle consistent with the mission of the church and academy as they are acting as Christian role models for students.

Essential Job Requirements:

Academy Financial Analyst, Full-time, hourly position at the Clermont campus reporting to the Academy Finance Manager.

Job Summary: This position protects operation by keeping information confidential and supports The Academy with account payables and receivables and basic financial needs, prepares financial reports in Quickbooks

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support campuses with Account Payables, Accounts Receivable and all basic financial needs
  • Maintain credit card users daily availability and monthly limits
  • Review and process credit card expenses and invoices in Certify
  • Parent Support and inquiries
  • Assist with Billing for the Academy
  • Work within Quickbooks extensively and Excel daily
  • Prepare financial reports in Quickbooks for informational purposes  
  • Print checks, schedule ACH & EFT payments
  • Assist with Scholarships Inquiries and data input
  • Bank Deposits

This part-time 10-month position reports to the Director of Student Services. The hours for this position will be 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and 12:00-6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Front Reception Desk Operations

  • Monitors student reception desk and response to inquiries.
  • Monitors and records afternoon student attendance.
  • Correspond with parents as needed.
  • Serves as a central point of information pertaining to the school calendar.
  • Lead support for communication through the main reception desk.
