Mt. Dora Preschool Campus

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Nurture and guide children to promote their social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual growth
  • Ensure the health and wellbeing of all children at all times
  • Establish and maintain a respectful relationship with parents, families and co-workers
  • Follow and adhere to curriculum; learn to plan and implement age appropriate lessons and activities
  • Follow guidance of Lead Teacher
  • Maintain compliance with CSF, DCF and Real Life policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Interest in furthering education; CDA, FCCPC or degree in field
  • Have or obtain DCF state mandated training within first 90 days of employment
  • Have or obtain First Aid/CPR certification, Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire Extinguisher training
  • Required annual in-service training/CEU’s and training as required for professional growth

Work Experience

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Nurture and guide children to promote their social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual growth
  • Ensure the health and wellbeing of all children at all times
  • Establish and maintain a respectful relationship with parents, families and co-workers
  • Follow and adhere to curriculum; plan and implement age appropriate lessons and activities
  • Mentor and train Teacher Assistants and Substitutes
  • Complete and/or submit lesson plans, assessments, reports and parent teacher meetings
  • Maintain compliance with CSF, DCF and Real Life Christian Academy policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Have or obtain DCF- Staff Credential within the first 90 days of employment
  • Have or obtain First Aid/CPR certification, Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire Extinguisher training
  • Complete DOE Literacy requirement 
  • Have or obtain training on the CLASS (classroom assessment scoring system)
  • Required annual in-service training/CEU’s and training as required for professional growth
Work Experience
  • Minimum 2yrs. experience as a teacher and/or administrative support in an early education learning environment.

Real Life Church – Clermont

Location: Real Life Christian Church – Clermont Campus: 1501 Steve’s Rd., Clermont, Fl 34711

Position Details: Real Life is looking to fill a part time, non exempt Financial Analyst position at the Clermont Campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting campuses with Accounts Payables and all basic financial needs. This will also include reconciling bank and credit accounts, providing audit support, vendor inquiries and other duties assigned.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, be detail oriented and have Excel and Quickbooks experience.

Desired Characteristics: The qualified candidate will be flexible, trustworthy, a team player and have analytical skills. Talents or abilities should include multi-tasking, able to work with interruptions and have attention to detail.

Position: Barista/Kitchen Assistant

Location: Real Life Christian Church – Clermont Campus: 1501 Steves Rd., Clermont, Fl 34711

Position Details: Real Life is looking to fill a part-time/non-exempt Barista position for the Fork. This position is 20 hours a week, working Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Duties will include making coffee drinks, and smoothies and running the register. Additional duties include cleaning, restocking inventory, and shopping for needed supplies.

Position: RLCA Academy Kitchen/Fork Barista

Location: Real Life Christian Church – Clermont Campus: 1501 Steves Rd., Clermont, Fl 34711

Position Details: Real Life is looking to fill a part-time/non-exempt RLCA Academy Kitchen Assistant/Fork Barista position. This position will be a Monday – Friday or a Sunday – Thursday, 5 days a week for 28 hours. Duties will include cooking, prepping food, preparing sides and drink cart, and cleaning at the end of the day. Depending on the schedule, duties may include making coffee drinks and smoothies, running the register as well as restocking inventory, and shopping for supplies.
