After the required documentation is received, the Admissions team will contact you to schedule an appointment to take the entrance exam, as determined by the Academy administration.

After completion of entrance exams, the Admissions team will schedule a shadow visit for KG through 12th-grade students.

Shadow day provides the opportunity for students to visit the grade level class, meet potential teachers and classmates and experience the daily routine which is helpful in deciding if the environment is suitable.

The Admissions team will schedule the shadow day accordingly.

After the entrance exam is complete, the Admissions team will contact you to schedule a family interview with a school administrator. We expect that both parents attend, as well as the applying student(s). At this meeting, values and expectations of the Academy will be shared, test results reviewed, and parent questions answered.

After prayerful and serious consideration, the academy administration team will meet to determine if the Academy can meet the needs of the student and family. If the student is accepted for admission to the Academy, they will be notified by the Director of Admissions and will be prompted to proceed with the enrollment process. This includes scheduling a Finance meeting and completing the final online enrollment.

Admission Criteria:

  • Applicants should demonstrate evidence of success in a traditional classroom setting, proficiency at the 50th percentile or higher in Reading and Math on standardized testing including our entrance exam, be on or above grade level, and have a minimum of a 2.0 unweighted GPA.
  • Students with an IEP or 504 Plan must meet the admission requirements, and understand admission may not be offered if it is determined that we are unable to meet the academic, emotional, medical, or behavioral needs of the student.
