Real Life Christian Academy is expanding and is seeking additional coaches for the 24-25 school year.
RLCA staff are responsible for helping students learn the attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians. Coaches design and oversee instruction to meet the requirements of athletic standards. They use a variety of methods to meet students where they are in developing into strong athletes as well as strengthening a seasoned student athlete. In addition, RLCA encourages a growing Christian walk, a genuine love for students, and a positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude. Coaches must maintain a lifestyle consistent with the mission of Real Life Christian church and academy as Christian role models for students.

Job Description
Real Life Christian Academy is seeking a Dean of Students that is passionate about working directly with K-12th grade students. The Dean will play a vital role in fostering a positive and safe school culture. The Dean provides leadership to the school community consistent with our mission and core values. The Dean assists in the school’s daily operations by employing effective and efficient student centered practices. The Dean of Students will work collaboratively with administrators, educators, coaches, parents, and student leadership groups to develop and maintain a positive learning environment for all. The successful candidate will help promote the academic and spiritual growth of all students and display a high degree of personal integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all matters. The candidate should be an enthusiastic, God-fearing, lifelong learner willing to partner with students and staff to improve instructional practices and enhance student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Help foster a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Administer and enforce school policies related to discipline and student attendance
- Track tardiness and assign disciplinary consequence based on school tardy policy
- Oversee detention, including the assignment of detention, recording of detention, issuing of detention assignment and follow up meeting with the student
- Keep accurate records regarding disciplinary infractions and consequences
- Review and comply with student handbook to ensure accurate documentation and explanation of school policy and practices related to discipline
- Support teachers with classroom management and discipline
- Communicate to parents, teachers, and staff regarding infractions of the code of conduct, academic integrity, or other policies
- Collaborate with Student Services on academic and behavior intervention plans
- Coordinate a tiered behavioral intervention system including redemptive and restorative justice practices
- Mentor and counsel at-risk students as well as students in need of additional staff support and coordinating additional support as needed
- Attend major school events and other school-sponsored activities and functions designated by Division Principal
- Chaperone Middle School dances (Fall and Spring)
- Supervise arrival and dismissal of students
- Collaborate with school resource officer to manage student parking
- Coordinate supervision of lunch duty
- Be an active member of the PBIS committee
- Oversee the Raptor Buck program for Upper School students
- Work closely with Division Principals on day-to-day school-wide issues
- Report directly to the Upper School Principal
Education
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably within counseling, mental health, or behavioral intervention
- Teaching experience
- A master’s degree or higher is preferred

Job Description
Real Life Christian Academy is seeking an After School Front Desk Coordinator that is passionate about working directly with students, staff, and families. This person will play a vital role in fostering a positive and safe school culture. He or she will assist in the school’s after school operations by employing communication strategies to ensure an organized and safe environment. The Front Desk Coordinator will work collaboratively with administrators, educators, coaches, and parents. The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic, god-fearing, lifelong learner willing to partner with staff for the betterment of the Academy.
General Responsibilities
- Greet parents and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
- Communicate with parents in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep front desk area clean and orderly at all times
- Attend to minor first aid needs of students
- Collaborate with staff in a spirit of unity and cooperation
Departmental Responsibilities
Support for Extended Care
- Accountable for checking in students into Extended Care
- Accountable for having parent(s) check out their student using the Kiosk
- Utilize the radio to communicate with Extended Care staff
- Able to follow directions given by Director of Extended Care
Support for Athletics
- Assist visitors by directing them to the location for the athletic contest
- Direct students, coaches, families to their designated location for evening activities
- Collaborate with Athletic Director and Coaches regarding athletic contests and evening events
Support for Student Services
- Collaborate with staff on students attending Homework Helpers
- Assist visitors to proper location for evening activities
Support for Lower and Upper School Divisions
- Collaborate with staff to ensure students are monitored and are safely leaving the building with parent/guardian or designee
Support for School Clubs and Extracurricular Activities
- Communicate with staff on schedule, location, and ending time
- Communicate with parents to ensure safety at pick up and drop off
- Collaborate with staff on expectations in order to communicate clearly
Education
- High School diploma required
- 2 or 4 year degree preferred
Skills and Candidate Attributes

Mt. Dora Preschool Campus
Location: Real Life Mt Dora Campus | 31205 Round Lake Rd, Mt. Dora, FL 32757
Position: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position at the Mt. Dora campus preschool.
Responsibilities/Duties:

Real Life Church – Clermont
Position: Orlando Production Lead
Location: Real Life Christian Church | Orlando, FL & Clermont, FL.
Position Details: This position manages the use of production technology to create compelling environments for Real Life ministry events & services that are assigned to their campus focusing on FOH operations, relationship-building with worship & production teams, and various production tasks. This role consists of programming basic lighting, loading ProPresenter files, and ensuring quality control for services while providing technical support for midweek events at the Clermont Campus. With a commitment to operational excellence, this Production Lead attends team meetings, assists with equipment maintenance, and volunteer training, and explores innovative ways to integrate technology into Real Life environments.
Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 4 years of AVL experience, ideally in a church or corporate setting. Candidates should possess technical proficiency to maintain high production standards, including mixing numerous inputs and outputs, operating live services, and utilizing Allen & Heath consoles. Key attributes sought include teachability, drive, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence, emphasizing collaboration, worship, development, and the fusion of technical expertise with creativity.
