What is this?
A Fun, Family-Friendly Event for the entire family that will help raise funds for the advancement and development of the academy. Tickets include 3 hours of nonstop games, competitions, raffles, awesome auction items, and so much more.
This will be a great time to meet other families and staff at the academy and a great time to build relationships with your RLCA Family. The entire top balcony will be reserved only for the academy. You don’t want to miss this.

Auction Item Sponsor
- Item must equal or exceed $150 in retail value
- Printed sign with your company’s name or logo displayed on the table
- Recognition in program
- Sponsorship signs to be in car line at RLCA campus for 1 week
- Recognition on the Auction site online and at the golf event
If you would like to participate and/or sponsor our Golf Tournament at one of the following levels, please complete the form below.
Event Sponsor (1) – $10,000
- Includes 12 tickets (play and food)
- Large banner listing your company as the event sponsor for all to see entering the 3rd floor of the venue
- Display table in the common area
- 4X8 banner with company logo placed at the event to be seen by all walking up to the venue
- Transferred to the Football Field and 2X4 banner placed in the gym (good for one year)
- Name and logo displayed in each bay listing your sponsorship level
- Name scrolled on the display monitors throughout the venue
- Name and logo on the website and all promotional material leading up to the event.
Food Sponsor (1) – $5,000
- Includes 8 tickets (play and food)
- Display table in the common area
- 4X8 banner with company logo placed at the event to be seen by all walking up to the venue
- Transferred to the Football Field (good for one year)
- Name displayed on the Buffet table as our food sponsor
- Name and logo displayed in each bay listing your sponsorship level
- Name scrolled on the display monitors throughout the venue
- Name and logo on the website and all promotional material leading up to the event.
Gold Sponsor – $2,000
- Includes 6 tickets (play and food)
- Display table in the common area
- 4X8 banner with company logo placed at the event to be seen by all walking up to the venue
- Your company name in each bay listing your sponsorship level
- Name scrolled on the display monitors throughout the venue
- Company name and logo on the website and all promotional material leading up to the event.
Silver Sponsor – $1,250
- Includes 4 tickets (play and food)
- Your company name in each bay listing your sponsorship level
- Name scrolled on the display monitors throughout the venue
- Company name and logo on the website and all promotional material leading up to the event.
- 2X4 banner placed on a wall in the venue and transferred to the gym (good for one year)
